This product carries a $100 core charge that usefully refundable upon shipment of your old unit to Congleton Service. After receiving and installing your new e-brake handle, simply mail your old unit back to our shop. After passing an assessment of quality, we will refund you back the core charge. These funds are issued at the sole discretion of Congleton Service
